Free State Health and Wellness is a boutique mental health practice located in Frederick, Maryland, that is here to support you. We provide a safe, compassionate space where each patient receives a customized plan combining the appropriate medication management and supportive therapy.
Providing mental health care across the lifespan, ages 5 years and up. Free State Health and Wellness treats the following conditions: depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and substance abuse.
We accept many insurance plans and offer in office and virtual telemedicine appointments.
